Where the data comes from

We aggregate publicly-available information about US class-action settlements from settlement administrators (Epiq, Angeion, KCC, JND, A.B. Data, Kroll, Strategic Claims), federal court dockets, and consumer-rights aggregators.

How settlements are added

An automated pipeline discovers new settlements, an LLM extracts structured fields (defendant, eligibility, deadlines, filing requirements), and a human operator reviews each entry before it goes live. We do not invent data or fill in gaps.

What we don't do

We never file claims on your behalf. We never handle settlement funds. We never provide legal advice. Every settlement page links directly to the official administrator's site, where you file yourself.

If a settlement page contains an error, please email hello@missingcheck.com with the URL.
