- You must file with, or mail, your written objection to the Court no later than December 15, 2026.
- You must also mail a copy of your written objection to Class Counsel, Defendants’ Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator so that it is postmarked no later than December 15, 2026.
- The only way to receive the Cash Payment Benefit(s) from this Settlement is to submit a valid and timely Claim Form. (Deadline: December 30, 2026)
